La entrevista del pasado 24 de noviembre en la W Radio, del director de la Agencia de Inteligencia del Estado DNI, Jorge Arturo Lemus, lo deja a uno perplejo.
No es fácil ubicarse en la realidad nacional después de escuchar las declaraciones del señor Lemus, a propósito de las revelaciones del grupo de investigación del canal Caracol sobre el indebido traspaso de información estratégica desde las agencias del Estado a los grupos ilegales.
La primera sensación que le queda a uno como ciudadano del común sobre esa entrevista es la de un director de la Inteligencia Estatal totalmente desinformado, o sea, un contrasentido. Se supone que es él quien dirige la entidad que se encarga de recabar la información delicada y estratégica del país, y que, en buena medida, de este ejercicio depende la seguridad nacional.
El señor en cuestión parecía que se estaba enterando por la radio de un escándalo que estalló en sus narices, en el seno de la organización que dirige. En sus declaraciones, apareció como un funcionario demasiado tonto para estar al frente de la inteligencia nacional.
Pero una interpretación más suspicaz lo lleva a uno a un viejo dicho español: hay que ser demasiado listo para hacer bien el tonto. Más allá de este evidente cinismo, lo que queda en el fondo del asunto es la desfiguración total del gobierno Petro, y del mismo Petro como político, que parece estar borrando con el codo lo que toda su vida construyó con su afilada retórica de opositor temerario.
Petro le debe buena parte de su carrera política a sus debates en el Congreso en los que, como Senador de la República, denunciaba en aquellas épocas las relaciones de los paramilitares con la institucionalidad nacional.
Hoy, el presidente Petro ha permitido que lo que como Senador denunciaba se convierta en su propia versión del contubernio entre las disidencias de las FARC, comandadas por Alexander Díaz alias “Calarcá”, el ejército, y la DNI.
Lo que encontró el grupo de investigación del canal Caracol no puede ser más escalofriante: acuerdos para evitar operativos y ofensivas del ejército, rutas seguras para el desplazamiento de estas estructuras ilegales, y hasta un futuro plan para “legalizar hombres” y crear una empresa de seguridad privada.
Los implicados en este, tal vez el mayor escándalo y el que compromete más al gobierno Petro en su sumisión a los grupos armados ilegales, son el general Juan Miguel Huertas retirado de la fuerza durante el gobierno de Iván Duque, pero reincorporado por Petro en el cargo de Jefe de Comando de Personal del Ejército, y un hombre de la total confianza del presidente Petro, ubicado en la DNI como director de operaciones: Wilmar Mejía alias “el chulo” -nunca un alias parecería mejor asignado-.
Mientras el país se ve lanzado a un vacío de incertidumbre e inestabilidad, dirigido hacia él por su propio Presidente, el director de la DNI parece no darse por enterado y ha despachado a la prensa con un “vamos a investigar a ver si eso es verdad”.
Lo cierto es que la verdad escasea en este gobierno y, vilipendiada y manoseada, se ha convertido en un concepto en disputa en redes sociales, en donde se apuntalan, sin pruebas y a punta de gritos virtuales, los seguidores, casi todos pagados, del gobierno Petro.
En este ambiente de comunicación incoherente y de barras bravas, propiciado por el propio Presidente y por sus replicadores virtuales, que siguen un guion preparado por los encargados de manosear de esta vil manera a la opinión pública, se ha atrincherado el gobierno.
Un ejecutivo escaso de ejecutorias y más vacío de resultados que mostrar para honrar sus promesas de gobierno. Completamente ultrajada, de su promesa de cambio ya solo quedan la falsedad sin vergüenza y los insultos.
Y este clima de total descaro, de un escándalo posterior aún más grave que el anterior, ha llegado a su clímax en la versión de la parapolítica del gobierno Petro, ante la mirada pasmada y desconcertada de la mayoría, y frente a la pasividad de una oposición fragmentada que no logra aún entregarle a la gente lo que está reclamando: la idea de un país decente, sereno, viable y vivible en paz.
